Job Description

Core Delivery Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior advisor on government pricing, compliance, and contracting matters across Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, FSS, and related federal and state programs.
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance on government pricing methodologies and calculations, including AMP, BP, URA, ASP, Non-FAMP, FCP, and related compliance obligations.
  • Lead complex client engagements focused on government pricing operations, compliance frameworks, policy interpretation, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.
  • Advise clients on the financial and compliance implications of pricing and contracting strategies through scenario modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analyses related to Medicaid rebates, ASP, 340B, FSS, and other government pricing programs.
  • Advise manufacturers on the pricing, reimbursement, contracting, and market access implications of key business decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support pre-commercial and emerging manufacturers in establishing compliant pricing and contracting frameworks and executing critical pre-launch government pricing activities.
  • Develop and present recommendations to executive stakeholders, translating complex regulatory and pricing challenges into practical business solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members while contributing to thought leadership, practice development, and the continued growth of IntegriChain's Advisory Services capabilities.


Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project & Client Management
  • Manage project workplans, budgets, and timelines for a portfolio to meet scope and quality standards.
  • Proactively address risks and issues with team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor day-to-day communications and stakeholder alignment across projects.
  • Drive scope management, change controls, and resourcing by identifying and mitigating risks to achieve financial goals.


Advisory Services Delivery
  • Innovate analytic approaches, models, and insights that translate data into decisions.
  • Integrate complex concepts into clear narratives and executive ready- materials.
  • Collaborate with cross functional- teams to integrate clinical, commercial, and access perspectives.
  • Approve recommendations and deliverables that withstand executive scrutiny.
  • Meet or exceed the agreed upon- billable utilization target of 65%.


Firm Building
  • Own strategic initiative(s) aligned to the Advisory mission and growth priorities.
  • Champion internal tools, templates, and knowledge repositories to drive consistency.
  • Lead recruiting efforts by sourcing and referring candidates, interviewing, and supporting onboarding.


People Management & Development
  • Oversee team onboarding consistency for direct reports and assigned resources. Support development plans and develop learning pathways for team members.
  • Incorporate succession planning into staffing decisions, aligning project needs with individual development.


Business Development
  • Lead major pursuits within existing accounts and identify follow-on opportunities.
  • Develop compelling proposals, statements of work, and pricing to win new business.
  • Expand relationships with senior client stakeholders and industry influencers.
  • Shape pipeline strategy in coordination with marketing and delivery leaders.
  • Strengthen the organization's sales culture by modeling consultative selling behaviors
  • Forecast revenue and margin; track progress against targets.
  • Close qualified opportunities, model consultative selling behaviors, and communicate potential leads to practice leadership.


Industry Thought Leadership
  • Generate thought leadership content and present at internal and external forums, representing the firm professionally.
  • Maintain a strong presence at internal and external forums, representing the firm professionally.
  • Amplify the visibility of our intellectual property through social media, conferences, and publications.
  • Leverage a robust network that supports recruiting, business development, and insight generation.
