Join the Nalley Consulting team as an Analytic Facilitator.

Position: Analytic Facilitator
Location: JBAB, Washington, DC
LCAT: Mid

Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized.

Description
We have an opportunity for an Analytic Facilitator who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in national security by crafting effective training.

On our team, you'll work with SMEs to capture your customer's training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. Putting the learner at the center of the training experience, you'll prepare training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.

You'll use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience on-screen or in a classroom. You'll recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment.

You'll meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback, review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products. You'll provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals, and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system such as Agile and Training Development Capability (TDC).

Required qualifications:
  • Experience working with building and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video
  • Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, or 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree
Desired qualifications:
  • Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics systems, including railroads, roads or highways, bridges, storage facilities, ports, and airfields.
  • Current CI poly conducted within the past seven years.
