Role Overview

Moelis & Company is seeking an Analyst to join our Marketing & Communications team.  The Marketing Analyst will support the firm’s global marketing, communications, and branding efforts, working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, bankers, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders. The role will focus on executing and maintaining high-quality marketing materials, managing digital communications and platforms, overseeing content workflows, and supporting data-driven marketing initiatives across the firm.

This position is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional with marketing experience, preferably in professional or financial services, who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Materials & Content

  • Develop, edit and maintain internal and external marketing collateral, including firm credentials, corporate imagery, firm recognition materials, and email templates
  • Ensure all materials adhere to firm brand guidelines, messaging standards, and visual identity, ensuring a consistent, professional brand experience
  • Coordinate with bankers and internal subject matter experts to gather, organize and deliver accurate information tailored to specific audiences, channels, and use cases

Email & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including content coordination, scheduling, distribution, and quality control
  • Maintain email distribution lists and ensure accurate targeting and compliance approvals
  • Track and analyze email marketing performance metrics (e.g., open rates, engagement, distribution metrics) and assist with reporting and insights
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to support account management and troubleshooting as needed

Website Management

  • Maintain and update firm’s internal and external website content, including bios, headshots, transaction announcements, and content updates
  • Coordinate content changes across internal and external platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to support site enhancements and ongoing maintenance

Compliance & Workflow Management

  • Coordinate compliance review and approval processes for marketing and communications content
  • Ensure timely approvals and adherence to regulatory and firm requirements

Project Management & Reporting

  • Maintain communications trackers, content calendars, and digital marketing performance data, assisting with preparation of regular reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing competing deadlines
  • Maintain organized content libraries, version control, and documentation

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience

Preferred
