Full Job Description
Betterment is seeking a resourceful B2B Sr. Marketing Associate to help execute growth strategies for our rapidly growing Betterment at Work business line. Working closely with the broader Acquisition Marketing and Betterment at Work teams, you will own the day-to-day execution of campaigns and initiatives across email, social, and webinars that build brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture our pipeline of qualified prospects for our sales partners. This role is ideal for a B2B marketing generalist-someone comfortable building a nurture flow, coordinating a webinar, drafting email copy, and moving creative assets through approvals. This role is based out of our NYC office. Below we've reflected the base salary range we would offer for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Betterment's total compensation package for employees. • New York City: $89,000 - $99,500 This job may also be eligible for variable compensation in the form of a company incentive bonus.
