About this roleThe Aladdin Product Marketing team is focused on driving awareness, engagement, and adoption for Aladdin's capabilities across the community, including prospects and existing clients. As a Product Marketing Associate and key member of the Aladdin Private Markets team, you will be responsible for partnering with product, sales, marketing, and client teams to drive growth of the private markets technology business by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, defining product messaging and narratives, and shaping the product vision. You will also connect directly with users to understand their business problems and help deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop positioning and messaging: Define and develop tailored product messaging and positioning for Aladdin's private markets platform, managing the narratives for one or more client segments (e.g. Asset Managers, Asset Owners, and Asset Servicers)
- Enable sales and client-facing teams: Develop sales enablement collateral (messaging guides, pitch decks, FAQs) and educate internal teams around our private markets solutions to drive growth of the business.
- Manage product launches: Execute on go-to-market strategies by partnering with product leads to define the addressable market, refine the value proposition and narratives, and by partnering with revenue marketing and corporate comms teams to craft the public launch plan.
- Drive product adoption: Increase awareness, interest, and usage of Aladdin's private markets capabilities through marketing campaigns and content to ensure that clients continue to gain significant value from our platform.
- Engage the client community: Elevate the client experience byorganizing community events (virtual and in-person) and leveraging digital marketing platforms to foster a community and improve brand reputation.
- Maintain product documentation: Develop client-facing product documentation, including release notes and user guides, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams while using AI tools to scale creation.
- Be the voice-of-the-customer: Build relationships with users and bring market and client feedback to product teams to influence product roadmaps and longer-term product strategy.
About you:- 3+ years of relevant product marketing, product management, or project management experience with a focus on financial technologies.
- Strong knowledge of or interest in the private markets sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate value proposition and convey complex product concepts clearly
- Creative mindset to build engaging marketing materials and effective pitch decks.
- Effective presentation skills to engage directly with clients and enable internal teams on the product offering.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, influence behavior at various levels in the organization, and form strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-starter and critical thinker who can proactively identify and communicate opportunities and resolve issues.
- Quick and independent learner with entrepreneurial drive to make processes better.
- Experience with query languages (SQL) and data management software such as Snowflake and PowerBI is a plus.
For NY7 - 50 Hudson Yards, New York Only the salary range for this position is USD$125,000.00 - USD$155,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
