The Role:As Hadrian grows, we are opening new training areas, standing up new training teams, piloting new training programs and planning the training facilities for the factories we have yet to open. The Workforce Training Coordinator helps build all of that. You will work alongside the people designing our training to turn a new program, team or space into something that runs: planning what each needs, lining up the people, equipment and materials, and having it ready when training begins.
For now, this is a building role. You will coordinate in-person pilot programs at our Los Angeles facility, support new training teams as they stand up, and plan training spaces with the teams designing our upcoming factories. As those programs and sites ramp, the role will grow into maintaining the scheduling, logistics and day-to-day execution that keep training running.
What You'll DoYou will coordinate in-person pilot programs in Los Angeles, bringing together participants, trainers, space, equipment and materials, and capturing what each pilot needs so it can run again at scale. You will support new training teams as they stand up, making sure they have the spaces, materials, schedules and access they need to deliver their programs from the first day. You will plan the training facilities for upcoming factories with our facility and workplace teams, defining what each training space needs and tracking it through to readiness before the first cohort arrives. Along the way, you will build the schedules, trackers and checklists that the programs will run on, keep training records accurate, and flag risks early. As programs and sites ramp, you will take on the ongoing scheduling and logistics that keep training running across our sites.
