7-10 years of experience in Transition Management, Migrations & Project Management

Key Responsibilities:
Apply and enforce work placement principles consistently across all GSC locations to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Develop and execute location and site optimization strategies that support business needs and service delivery models.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor and report compliance with work placement standards and decisions.
Lead the migration of work based on the service catalogue, maintaining consistency, recording exceptions, and reducing fragmentation.
Make informed decisions on work placement within the GSC, balancing strategic priorities, capabilities, and compliance requirements.

Qualification/s:
7-10 years relevant experience in in Transition Management, Migrations & Project Management
Experience in leading Large Transition Projects (150 FTE or more)
Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex and dynamic Transition projects
Certified Prince2 Practitioner/ PMP is a must. Additional LEAN Six Sigma is preferred
