This role is primarily production-focused. Project scope and pricing are typically prepared by a centralized estimating team. Candidates with estimating experience may support estimating efforts as needed; however, field execution, subcontractor management, margin protection, and job close-out are the core responsibilities of this role. What you'll be responsible for:
  • Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish including budgets, timelines, and subcontractors
  • Develop proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and technology tools used in restoration management
  • Protect margins through disciplined job controls and change management
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate closely with mitigation, estimating, and office teams
  • Ensure job documentation, punch lists, and close-out are completed accurately

Pay Structure & Hours:
  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped earning potential with performance-based incentive tied to completed, profitable projects
  • Full-time role with variable field schedule based on active projects

(Compensation structure and incentive details are discussed during the interview process.)
