Responsibilities

• Drive successful end-to-end integrations for clients and third-party integrations.
• Provide project management expertise, framing projects and managing risks.

• Manage existing client platform experiences to optimize service usage.
• Build understanding of client businesses to guide internal stakeholders on change management.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify product opportunities and implement solutions.
