VP, Finance
The VP, Finance will serve as the head of finance and strategic finance partner to the relevant Customer segment,. Translate enterprise strategy into segment priorities, challenge commercial decisions and mobilise action to improve growth, margin, cash and returns. Connect Segment leadership with Group Finance, ensuring transparent performance, disciplined investment and timely escalation of risks and opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Strategic partnership: Partner with Segment Strategy Team to advise and constructively challenge the Segment President and leadership team; shape strategy, portfolio choices, investment priorities and execution
• Planning and performance: Own the segment plan, budget, forecasts, scenarios and performance cadence; provide clear insights, actions and accountability to Segment and Group Finance
• Commercial and operational finance: Drive pricing, margin, customer and product profitability, cost productivity, capex, working capital and cash outcomes
• Governance: Ensure accurate reporting, effective controls, policy compliance and risk escalation
• Leadership: lead the Segment finance team and connect business finance, shared services and Group centres of expertise

• Strategic and commercial judgement, enterprise perspective and courage to challenge constructively
• Influential communication, analytical rigour, execution focus and inclusive leadership across a complex matrix
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CA or CPA qualification required
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a complex, multi-site or multinational business
• Substantial divisional, regional or commercial finance leadership and executive business-partnering experience
• Proven ownership of planning, forecasting, performance management, reporting and financial control
• Track record of improving margin, cash, working capital, productivity and investment returns
• Ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively across a global matrix
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, governance, risk and statutory obligations
$193,600 - $220,000 a year
Full Salary Range: $193,600/year (minimum), $206,800/year (midpoint), $220,000/year (maximum).
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum, while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
