Job OverviewWe are seeking a Vice President, Product Management - Integrated Memory to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of the Integrated Memory portfolio. Reporting to the SVP and GM of Integrated Memory, this role will define the portfolio vision across core memory and storage products, CXL-enabled expansion, and advanced memory technologies, with a focus on AI datacenter and enterprise infrastructure.
As a key member of the Integrated Memory leadership team, the VP will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and executive stakeholders to translate customer needs and market transitions into differentiated products and solutions. This role will drive roadmap discipline, portfolio prioritization, go-to-market alignment, and business outcomes across memory modules, SSD and flash products, CXL add-in cards, and next-generation memory technologies that strengthen Penguin's position at the intersection of memory and AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Define and lead the execution of the multi-year strategy and product vision for the Integrated Memory portfolio, including DRAM modules, SSD products, CXL expansion solutions, and advanced memory technologies.
- Align portfolio investments, product roadmaps, and market priorities with business objectives, customer requirements, and long-term growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market assessment, business case development, product definition, launch planning, qualification, revenue ramp, and lifecycle optimization.
- Establish product portfolio priorities and investment strategies, balancing customer demand, market trends, technology readiness, resource availability, and business objectives.
- Lead collaboration between Product Management and Engineering to ensure requirements, roadmaps, and development investments result in differentiated hardware, firmware, software, management, and validation capabilities.
- Establish, monitor, and drive accountability for key business and product performance metrics, including revenue growth, gross margin, design wins, qualification milestones, roadmap execution, customer adoption, and overall portfolio performance.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, channel partners, technology partners, and strategic customers to identify market opportunities, validate portfolio strategy, and accelerate business growth.
- Lead the evaluation of customer, competitive, technology, and supply-chain intelligence to guide portfolio strategy, pricing direction, market positioning, investment priorities, and long-range product planning.
- Serve as a key member of the Integrated Memory leadership team, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders to align business priorities, support go-to-market execution, and achieve commercial objectives.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global Product Management organization, including organizational design, succession planning, talent development, coaching, and capability building.
- Foster a culture of innovation, customer focus, urgency, data-driven decision-making, and disciplined portfolio management.
Qualifications- 15+ years of product management experience in the high-tech industry, with leadership at the Director or VP level.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of leading product strategy and defining and delivering complex memory and storage products from concept through customer qualification and revenue ramp.
- Strong familiarity with DRAM and/or NAND product markets, server platforms, OEM qualification cycles, and supply-chain-driven product planning; experience with CXL, PCIe, memory pooling, or composable infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Experience with integrated hardware, firmware, software, and management solutions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale global product management teams and influence senior stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and executive leadership.
- Proven success partnering cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes in revenue growth, margin expansion, design wins, customer adoption, and roadmap execution.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to portfolio decisions, market sizing, pricing, and investment tradeoffs.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts, customer needs, product strategy, and business implications to senior audiences.

Compensation & BenefitsThe base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in Newark, CA is $250,000 - $300,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
