The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires comfort in a hybrid sales-trading position, with the flexibility and adaptability to balance multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and expand the adoption of our electronic trading solutions among new and existing clients
- Gather client feedback and collaborate on feature development and enhancements
- Partner closely with voice sales and trading teams to provide integrated client solutions
- Liaise with engineering and product teams to support client requests and drive platform innovation
Qualifications:- Three to five years of experience in corporate bond sales or trading
- Strong understanding of secondary market dynamics in corporate credit
- Degree in a technical or quantitative field preferred
$200,000 - $275,000 a year
Bonus Eligible.
