This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You’re a strategic, hands on engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of CRM/MarTech activation, enterprise data platforms, and large scale integration platforms. You’re passionate about shaping a Customer 360 that works across channels, building modern data platforms ready for AI/ML, enforcing data governance and privacy, and creating integration ecosystems that are reliable, observable, and secure. You take pride in translating business strategy into technical reality while creating a culture of clarity, accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
You’re also resourceful and collaborative with stakeholders and partner with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business needs. A sense of humor is a plus!
