What you'll do...- Analyze complex business problems using advanced data analytics and automation techniques to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.

- Identify, assess, and validate data sources ensuring data quality and relevance for business needs.
- Translate business requirements into data strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement data visualization frameworks to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Mentor team members on analytics methods, data quality standards, and visualization best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive data integration, management, and advanced analytics projects.
What you'll bring:- Extensive experience in data analysis, data visualization, and exploratory data analysis using tools such as AI, Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of data strategy, data quality management, and data architecture to ensure data is fit for purpose.
- Proficiency in statistical techniques and advanced analytics to derive actionable business insights.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Expertise in mentoring and guiding team members on analytics methods, tools, and best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
