Position Summary...
The (USA) Principal, Data Analyst leads advanced data initiatives by translating complex business challenges into actionable insights through rigorous analysis and strategic data management. This role drives the identification and integration of high-quality data sources, develops effective visualization solutions, and mentors team members to enhance analytical capabilities. By aligning data strategies with organizational objectives, the Principal Analyst ensures measurable business impact and supports decision-making processes. The position requires expertise in data quality, exploratory analysis, and communication to influence stakeholders and foster continuous improvement across multiple business domains.

What you'll do...
  • Analyze complex business problems using advanced data analytics and automation techniques to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
  • Define key metrics and success criteria to measure the impact and progress of data-driven initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and validate data sources ensuring data quality and relevance for business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into data strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
