Join Walmart as a Senior Data Analyst and leverage your expertise in data sourcing, quality management, and advanced analytics to deliver actionable business insights. This role requires a deep understanding of data ecosystems, visualization techniques, and statistical methods to support strategic decision-making across multiple business domains. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, impactful recommendations that drive operational improvements and business value. The position emphasizes data integrity, effective communication, and continuous enhancement of analytical processes within a dynamic corporate environment.

What you'll do...
  • Identify and evaluate data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
  • Perform initial data quality assessments and manage ongoing data cleansing activities.
  • Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using appropriate analytical methods.
  • Develop and present clear data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive knowledge of data sources, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience performing data quality assessments.
  • Strong understanding of data strategy principles, data management, governance, and data quality standards.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools such as Python libraries, Tableau, or PowerBI to communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience conducting exploratory data analysis using statistical techniques and relevant scripting languages like Python or SQL.
  • Ability to manage data quality frameworks, monitor metrics, and lead data cleansing initiatives.
  • Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable business insights and support decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
