We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst II with 4+ years of hands-on UKG Workforce Management (WFM Pro, Workforce Central, or Dimensions) Timekeeping experience. This role will serve as the primary analyst for the Timekeeping module and requires deep expertise in configuring and supporting pay rules, pay codes, CRTs, accruals, work rules and related workforce management functionality. The ideal candidate is a seasoned UKG professional who can quickly become productive by leveraging existing application knowledge while learning our business processes and system configuration. The analyst will partner with Payroll, HR and Operations teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements that improve system performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Four to seven years of related work experience.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Knowledge of computing principles normally acquired through a bachelors degree or related work experience.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $34.82 - $59.56. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
