Froedtert Health is a regional health care organization made up of Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee; Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls; St. Joseph's Hospital, West Bend; and more than 30 primary and specialty care health centers and clinics. Froedtert Hospital is a nationally recognized academic medical center and Level I Trauma Center located on the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center campus. Froedtert Health is also a founding member of the Milwaukee Health Care Partnership, which brings together health systems, community organizations, government agencies, business leaders and others to improve access to care for underserved populations in the Milwaukee area.
