In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

• Experience with Automation roadmap and strategy development.
• Experience with Test automation implementation planning.
• Experience with AWS Pipeline setup or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or Kiro.
• Experience with Client-facing stakeholder management.
• Experience with Automation code reviews and technical mentoring.
• Experience with Quality Engineering leadership.
• Experience with Offshore team coordination and delivery leadership.
• Experience with Resource planning and account growth initiatives.
• Experience with Delivery tracking, reporting, and governance.

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
