RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect, clarify, and translate customer requirements into product requirements, technical scope, PRDs, program plans, and measurable deliverables.
  • Drive solution development with engineering teams by challenging assumptions, facilitating design trade-offs, resolving technical issues, and aligning decisions to customer commitments and program risks.
  • Support DFMEA activities and broader technical risk assessments across design, validation, manufacturability, reliability, supply chain, cost, schedule, and launch readiness.
  • Develop and drive mitigation plans, escalation paths, recovery actions, and decision frameworks to protect customer commitments and launch outcomes.

  •  Experience supporting DFMEA, technical risk assessments, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and mitigation planning.

Skills:

  •  Proven ability to manage customer relationships, understand customer needs, and translate requirements into PRDs, technical scope, and executable plans.
  • Strong engineering collaboration skills, with the ability to drive solution trade-offs across design, validation, manufacturability, reliability, cost, and schedule.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills with customers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, suppliers, and leadership.
