What You'll DoSales Leadership & Strategy- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Service Representatives across multiple regions
- Set clear expectations, sales targets, and performance standards aligned with company objectives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including territory design, account assignments, and growth initiatives
- Monitor sales performance through reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking to ensure targets are met
Team Development & Performance Management- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement development plans
- Partner with HR on performance improvement plans and employee development strategies
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Customer & Market Engagement- Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends
- Represent JM Test Systems in customer meetings, industry events, and public-facing opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction across all interactions
Operational & Financial Oversight- Review sales activity reports, financial data, and performance metrics to guide decision-making
- Approve expenses, travel, and account strategies in alignment with business goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and leadership teams
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in leadership or team management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and market dynamics
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into execution
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen with experience in forecasting and performance analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
