Job description
The Talent Acquisition Hub Manager is responsible for driving Safran US's recruitment strategy, managing a centralized Talent Acquisition Hub recruiting over 500 roles per year, and ensuring excellence in hiring, employer branding, and early careers engagement. This role combines strategic leadership with operational delivery, fostering innovation and collaboration across all US sites as well as with the other hubs. As one of the first hubs to be created in the group, you will be a key ambassador of this new setup within Safran.
What You'll Do
• Be the representative of the US TA Hub at group level and work with your equivalents in other countries to share best practices.
• Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy (including digital) aligned with business objectives, bringing expertise and vision to talent sourcing and selection.
• Drive a talent pooling approach as part of best practices
• Lead and support a team of 10 to 15 recruiters (Safran & RPO) as a start, driving performance, quality, and diversity in hiring.
• Develop and implement an agile resourcing strategy to scale the Talent Acquisition Hub up or down efficiently in response to changing business needs.
• Ensure full compliance with Group standards and processes.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities-from sourcing and assessment to onboarding-while meeting SLA targets and leveraging key metrics for continuous improvement.
• Deliver recruitment through an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive recruitment journey.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams, providing strategic guidance and market insights.
• Drive the upskilling of managers on recruitment best practice, through training and regular monitoring
• Support campus and early careers programs (apprenticeships, internships), including school and university partnerships, and support internal and international mobility.
• Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Communications, enhancing Safran's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and present regular reports to senior leadership, provide analytics and market insight and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Champion diversity and inclusion across all talent acquisition activities.
• Represent Safran across the US at key events, forums, conferences, and career fairs to strengthen talent pipelines.
