The Talent Acquisition Manager - US is responsible for leading and developing the Talent Acquisition function across the designated regions while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of recruitment activities. This is a hands-on working manager role that requires the incumbent to balance leadership responsibilities with direct recruitment execution, stakeholder management, and operational delivery. The role is expected to lead by example, actively contribute to filling critical positions, drive recruitment projects, and support the team through direct involvement rather than relying solely on delegation.

  • Lead and Develop the TA Function across US region, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management while fostering a high-performing and customer-focused team culture.
  • Act as a Hands-On Recruiter by directly managing and delivering recruitment activities for critical, complex, and strategic positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
  • Partner with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and ensure effective and timely hiring outcomes aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive Recruitment Excellence and Continuous Improvement by actively implementing best practices, enhancing processes, and leading Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure Delivery of Hiring Targets through effective prioritization, workload management, and direct involvement in recruitment activities, while holding the team accountable for results.
  • Lead by Example as a Working Manager, balancing leadership responsibilities with personal contribution to recruitment delivery, supporting the team during peak demand, and taking ownership of key hiring outcomes.

  • 5 - 10 years experience leading or managing a Talent Acquisition Function.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psycholog or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, workforce planning, and stakeholder management within a complex, international organization.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on working manager, balancing people leadership with direct involvement in recruitment delivery and critical hiring activities.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, talent attraction strategies, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with senior leaders and hire managers.
  • Experience managing projects, driving process improvements, and leading change initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and performance.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix organization while maintaining a strong focus on results, quality, and customer service.
  • Prior experience in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry is highly preferred.
