  • Support integration of multi-tactical data link (TDL) architectures (Link 16, JREAP, FAAD/IBCS messaging), ensuring reliable track management and data interoperability
  • Assist teams with system-level troubleshooting on Air and Missile Defense (AMD)-related command-and-control systems, sensor interfaces, network gateways, and prototype launch platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues involving tactical communications, radios, mission computers, routers/switches, and prototype payloads
  • Perform installation, configuration, testing, and validation for deployed field systems and prototype equipment
  • Execute corrective actions derived from engineering analysis, test results, or customer feedback
  • Support operator and maintainer training on system capabilities, mission workflows, TDL configurations, and network employment techniques.
  • Provide field support-including CONUS/OCONUS operations-to assist customers during system deployment, exercises, and operational missions.
  • Translate customer mission needs into technical solutions and recommended system configurations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability, integration efficiency, and supportability

Qualifications You Must Have:

    • Wireless networks and mission-communications architectures
    • C2 or sensor-integration systems
    • Laptops, servers, routers, switches, and mission computing hardware
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Solid understanding of system-level maintenance for networked and communications systems

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Experience as an Army 140A AMD Systems Integrator or similar background in joint AMD, C2, or TDL operations
  • Experience with:
    • C2, radar integration, sensor fusion, IBCS-like architectures
    • Mission-system prototype development and rapid-prototyping environments
  • Familiarity with Aerospace & Defense engineering standards, military CONOPS, and sustainment processes
  • Relevant certifications (Security+, Network+, etc.)
  • Ability to read schematics, analyze network diagrams, and follow detailed test procedures
  • Hands-on RF, vehicle integration, or field-service engineering experience
  • Prior military or government experience, especially in AMD, TDL, or mission-system operations
  • Leadership experience in technical, operational, or military roles

Essential Functions:
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
