Systems Integration and Interoperability Lead

The Role

Lead technical integration and interoperability work that moves mature capabilities from conceptual connection to verified operational use.

What You Will Do
  • Analyze integration architectures, interfaces, dependencies, configuration constraints, and operational workflows.
  • Plan and guide system-to-system integration and cross-organization interoperability work.
  • Translate conceptual architectures into integration plans, verification evidence, and operationally usable capability.
  • Work with program offices, technical authorities, operational users, and acquisition stakeholders to resolve barriers.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant systems integration, interoperability, interface-definition, dependency-analysis, or systems-engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with integration planning, verification, configuration control, or transition of complex capabilities.
  • Ability to explain technical dependencies and tradeoffs in clear decision-oriented language.
  • United States citizenship is required.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, decision-ready technical products.
