Systems Integration and Interoperability LeadThe RoleLead technical integration and interoperability work that moves mature capabilities from conceptual connection to verified operational use.
What You Will Do- Analyze integration architectures, interfaces, dependencies, configuration constraints, and operational workflows.
- Plan and guide system-to-system integration and cross-organization interoperability work.
- Translate conceptual architectures into integration plans, verification evidence, and operationally usable capability.
- Work with program offices, technical authorities, operational users, and acquisition stakeholders to resolve barriers.
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of relevant systems integration, interoperability, interface-definition, dependency-analysis, or systems-engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience with integration planning, verification, configuration control, or transition of complex capabilities.
- Ability to explain technical dependencies and tradeoffs in clear decision-oriented language.
- United States citizenship is required.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, decision-ready technical products.
