Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Power BI Lead with over 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise BI and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Power BI architecture, data modeling, dashboard development, performance optimization, governance, and stakeholder engagement, while leading a team of BI professionals.
Responsibilities:- Lead Power BI Solution Development: Oversee the end-to-end design and development of Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytical solutions based on business requirements.
- Power BI Architecture & Data Modeling: Define scalable Power BI architecture, develop optimized star-schema data models, and establish best practices for enterprise BI solutions.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and mentor Power BI developers and BI analysts, conduct technical reviews, assign work, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- DAX & Performance Optimization: Develop complex DAX measures and calculations and optimize data models, reports, queries, and Power BI performance.
- Data Integration & ETL: Collaborate with SQL Server, Azure, data warehouses, APIs, and other data sources to design reliable data integration and transformation processes using Power Query and related technologies.

- SQL & Data Warehousing: Advanced
- Power BI Architecture, Governance & Security: Advanced
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Azure Data Services

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in Power BI or data analytics are a plus
