Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect with over 10 years of Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a technical lead role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and end-to-end Case Management, along with proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Apex. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust cloud solutions while leading a team of developers.
Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Oversee end-to-end case management processes and ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in Salesforce technologies, including LWC, Aura, and Apex.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mandatory Skills:- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years as a Technical Lead.
- Expertise in Experience Cloud with a minimum of 3 implementations.
- Proficient in Data Cloud (Data 360), Agentforce/AI agents, and end-to-end Case Management.
- Strong skills in LWC, Aura, and Apex.
- Deal Breaker Skill: Extensive Salesforce experience.
Preferred Skills:- Understanding of Marketing Cloud is a major plus.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
