DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced
Supply Chain Manager to lead leading all Supply Chain activities at the Canadian facility, including Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehousing. The role will ensure operational excellence, material availability, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and on-time customer delivery.
As a member of the site leadership team, the Supply Chain Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and serve as the main interface between local and the global Supply Chain organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse operations.
- Ensure material availability to support production and customer commitments.
- Drive demand, production, and inventory planning processes.
- Manage supplier performance, cost optimization, and supply continuity.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service to achieve business objectives.
- Implement global Supply Chain processes, standards, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience in Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization is an advantage.
