MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
Travel: 60-75%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- All previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied.
- Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
- History of managing large projects (30+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously)
- effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.
- Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling,
- estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
- Ability to create estimates and change orders utilizing Faith's estimating software with oversight from Project Manager.
- Consistently meets or exceeds goals of gross margin dollars per man hour.
- Minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
