Responsibilities
Develop scalable analytics solutions to provide partners with business-critical insights and inform strategic initiatives across monetization product ecosystems. Design quantitative frameworks that integrate operational metrics and qualitative insights to influence and inform program or product business decisions. Use financial modeling and data analysis tools to monitor and evaluate business performance and support short- and long-term revenue planning. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Apply data findings to identify operational gaps and remediate issues to enhance operational efficiency. Build dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Data Science, Management, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Data Science, Management, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Analyzing quantitative financial and operational data, including revenue, growth, and efficiency, using Excel to generate business insights and inform future strategy; Using SQL, Python, or R to perform analysis of large datasets to define key metrics; and using Tableau to generate data visualizations; Conducting market research and competition analysis to drive informed business decisions for short- and long-term strategy planning; Building dashboards, including tables and graphs, to monitor business performance metrics and conducting root-cause-analysis of metric movements; and Collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and prioritizing requirements from different sources to deliver business solutions. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112819 - $151200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
