About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives across our global manufacturing network. This role will drive cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence, quality improvement, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), KPI standardization, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic manufacturing improvement projects across multiple global sites.
- Implement and standardize RCA and CAPA processes to improve problem-solving effectiveness.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership.
- Establish project plans, governance, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and standards.
- Identify and implement best practices that improve quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or operations.
- Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex global initiatives.
- PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $82,500 and $110k annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
