About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives across our global manufacturing network. This role will drive cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence, quality improvement, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), KPI standardization, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic manufacturing improvement projects across multiple global sites.
• Implement and standardize RCA and CAPA processes to improve problem-solving effectiveness.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership.
• Establish project plans, governance, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and standards.
• Identify and implement best practices that improve quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex global initiatives.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
