SummaryThe Site Lead for Global Open-Source Threat (GOST) operations is responsible for daily oversight, coordination, and leadership of OSINT Analysts and Requirements Integrators at the assigned site. This role ensures that personnel, workflows, and mission tasks are executed effectively in support of intelligence production, RFS requirements processing, and operational priorities for the GOST Cell.
What You Will Do- Oversee all on-site OSINT and requirements integration activities, ensuring alignment with GOST workflows and mission objectives.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to OSINT Analysts and Requirements Integrators.
- Manage site-level tasking, staffing, workflow prioritization, and coordination with government partners.
- Ensure timely, accurate OSINT analysis, tradecraft adherence, and high-quality intelligence reporting.
- Oversee RFS intake, validation, routing, workflow synchronization, and tracking through completion.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison for mission stakeholders, facilitating communication and requirement alignment.
- Maintain standards for quality control, production timelines, and operational compliance.
- Support briefings, updates, and coordination with senior government or interagency representatives.
What We Are Looking For- 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
- Clearance: Posses and maintains a TS/SCI clearance.
- 10+ years of intelligence experience, including OSINT, all-source, or ISR production.
- Experience leading or supervising intelligence teams or site-level operations.
- Strong background in OSINT methodologies, analytical workflows, and publicly available information exploitation.
- Familiarity with RFS processing, requirements validation, and mission workflow integration.
- Ability to communicate effectively with analysts, partners, and mission leadership.
- Must understand and apply Information Operations (IO) policies to ensure compliant analytical and operational practices.
- Working knowledge of national and service-specific intelligence regulations, guidance, and oversight requirements.
