Overview
The Staff Software Engineer - ServiceNow develops, configures, integrates, tests, and supports moderately complex ServiceNow solutions with system-wide impact. This role translates business and technical requirements into scalable platform solutions, reviews technical designs, supports integrations and platform stability, and provides technical guidance while working within established architectural standards and platform guardrails.
Primary Responsibilities
Translate business and technical requirements into ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, user stories, and technical designs.
Design, develop, configure, test, and support ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, development standards, and platform guardrails.
Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
Review technical design specifications, code, configurations, and workflows to ensure quality, scalability, maintainability, security, and adherence to standards.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Maintain platform stability across development, testing, and production environments.
Participate in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
