Job Title: Sr. Program Manager, Multilingual AI

About the RoleCentific is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to drive execution across multilingual AI initiatives - managing enterprise client accounts and coordinating cross-functional delivery for localization, language-data, and multilingual model workstreams.
What You'll Do- Own end-to-end program management for multilingual AI initiatives, from planning through delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, managing relationships and ensuring delivery meets client expectations
- Coordinate across engineering, linguistics/localization, and data operations teams to keep programs on schedule
- Track and report on program health, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders and clients
- Manage vendor/partner coordination for language-specific data and localization work
- Drive process standardization across multilingual program workstreams
- Identify opportunities to expand scope or deepen engagement within existing enterprise accounts
- Manage and mentor a delivery team
- Ensure program outcomes deliver measurable business value
What You'll Need- 5+ years of experience in localization, with direct experience managing enterprise accounts
- Experience managing cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level reporting experience
- Familiarity with multilingual NLP, localization workflows, or language-data pipelines is a plus
- Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus given the client-facing, multilingual nature of the role
- Advanced communication, negotiation & reporting.

Salary: $140,000-$180,000
