Full Job Description
You Are:

The Program Manager serves as the central point of contact with Federal Civilian Health for all program-wide and event-specific matters. This individual provides comprehensive oversight, coordination, and strategic guidance across the contract, ensuring effective issue resolution, program management, and delivery of all task order requirements. The Program Senior Manager will manage projects, staff, schedules, budgets, and communications while driving systematic analyses and recommendations to improve program strategies and performance. They will have regular engagement with Federal Civilian Health stakeholders, including status meetings and quarterly presentations which is a core component of the role.

The Work:

  • Act as the primary liaison with Federal Civilian Health for all program-wide and event-specific issues
  • Oversee issue resolution and ensure effective program management across all contract activities
  • Provide comprehensive account support and exercise full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all task order requirements
  • Conduct systematic analyses and deliver recommendations to Federal Civilian Healthr egarding program strategies and enhancements
  • Manage and staff projects, establish and maintain project schedules, report project status and issues
  • Develop, submit, and secure approval for project budgets
  • Establish and lead regular status meetings with Federal Civilian Health client management and key stakeholders to review plans, deliverables, and issues
  • Schedule and deliver focused quarterly presentations to Federal Civilian Health client

Here's What You Need:

  • Must hold at least one of the following certifications:
    • PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®)
    • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®)
    • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®)
    • SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC)
  • Proven experience successfully managing a contract of similar scope, complexity, organizational impact, and tasking a Federal Civilian Health
  • Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
  • Experience leading a team, project or program

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
