Full Job Description
This position is based at our Irvine, California headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in the office and two days remote.

Ingram Mirco is seeking a Sr. Professional, Strategic Intelligence & Operations to support strategic operations, business intelligence activities, operational governance, and cross-functional business initiatives across the organization.

This role will support strategic planning efforts, executive reporting, operational governance, and ad hoc business initiatives while helping improve visibility, coordination, execution, and decision-making across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your role:

Strategic Intelligence & Governance
  • Supports operational governance processes, strategic intelligence activities, and executive reporting efforts.
  • Maintains trackers, action logs, reporting dashboards, and status updates for leadership visibility.
  • Assists in identifying operational risks, dependencies, escalation items, and mitigation actions across initiatives.
  • Coordinates updates and follow-through across stakeholders to support governance processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Helps organize and support strategic reviews, leadership meetings, and governance discussions.


Strategic Operations Support
  • Assists with execution tracking, operational coordination, and business process support across strategic initiatives.
  • Develops reports, summaries, presentations, and operational updates for leadership teams.
  • Supports ad hoc strategic analyses, operational assessments, and special projects as needed.
  • Helps improve operational consistency, communication, and visibility across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintains documentation, meeting outputs, and project coordination activities.


Reporting & Analysis
  • Develops and maintains Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and operational reporting tools.
  • Supports data gathering, analysis, and synthesis to identify trends and operational insights.
  • Assists in preparing executive-level PowerPoint materials and business communications.
  • Supports business reviews and operational reporting processes through timely and accurate analysis.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Works collaboratively across operations, technology, product, finance, and business teams.
  • Supports coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Operates effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and deadlines.


What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 yearsyears of experience in business operations, strategy support, intelligence, project management, consulting, or related field.
  • Strong PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting operational governance, reporting, or strategic initiatives preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise transformation, platform operations, or technology organizations preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and leadership levels.


The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600.00 - $165,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
