The Global technology Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) consists of four Domains i.e. Finance, People, Supply Chain and Corporate. The Domain Automation team serves as a horizontal to all these domains. As a part of the Domain Automation team within EPP, we are aligned with the vision and goal to always be a people-led, product-centric, forward-thinking and trusted technology partner. The Tech Excellence team within EPP works closely with the EPP product teams to centralize and standardize technology processes, tools and frameworks to ensure consistent technology experience and predictable delivery across our partners (business & technology).
As Senior Manager of Technical Product Management - Emerging Technology, you will be responsible for leading our technology portfolio strategy and ensure the successful delivery of our technology products, including platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere), and emerging AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of business goals and strategies, and the ability to interface effectively with business units, technology teams, other portfolio teams, and product leaders. The ideal candidate will develop and implement enabling technology strategies that maximize value for our business partners.
You will shape the future of automation by integrating AI, workflow orchestration, and agent-based solutions into a cohesive ecosystem that improves efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
DutiesThis role is
responsible for overall technology portfolio strategy and the successful delivery of company technology products within their portfolio. Has a deep understanding of business goals/strategy and interfaces with the business, technology, other portfolio teams and product leaders to develop EPP portfolio strategies and approaches that maximize value for business partners.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:- Technology Portfolio Strategy:
- Align technology strategies with business goals, continuously assessing the portfolio to drive innovation across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps), Robotic Process Automation (Automation Anywhere), AI/ML/GenAI/IDP/API services (Gemini, Google, MS), and custom tools (XPPS).
- Stay ahead of trends in AI, generative AI, and agent-based automation, translating them into practical enterprise use cases
- Architecture & Ecosystem Design:
- Design scalable, secure, and integrated architectures across Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and AI/ML API services to evolve toward an intelligent ecosystem of workflows, RPA, and AI agents.
- Establish integration patterns between systems, data sources, and automation tools
- Ensure scalability, security, and governance of automation solutions
- Product Delivery:
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver high-quality, budget-compliant technology solutions and POCs.
- Implement best practices for product development and delivery, including agile methodologies.
- Business Alignment:
- Translate business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps and high-ROI business cases, informed by industry trends and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop business cases for new technology initiatives, demonstrating their potential impact and ROI.
- EPP Strategy Development:
- Lead innovative EPP portfolio strategies by prioritizing projects based on impact, establishing performance KPIs, and implementing robust risk and identity management plans.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Utilize data-driven reporting and regular portfolio reviews to monitor performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous strategic adjustments.
- Team Leadership:
- Foster a high-performance culture of innovation and accountability by mentoring product managers and guiding their professional development and career growth.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in product management (intelligent automation), platform operations, or enterprise service delivery roles.
- Strong experience leading enterprise automation technology platforms.
- Proven success establishing governance frameworks and operating models at enterprise scale.
- Experience managing global teams and/or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Bachelor's degree required

Salary RangeThe expected salary range for this role is $141,955.00 - $177,444.00 per year
