The Director, Global Menu Strategy will play a critical role in the integration of our Global Marketing teams consumer-centric menu approach. He/she will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of McDonalds Core product portfolio, yielding sustainable growth.
Works with US Restaurant Design Group to ensure consistency and applies Gold Site Development Standards to optimize the site development processes (e.g., site layout, zoning, signage, building capacity).
The Demand Manager will work with McDonalds and Vanguard partners to refine processes for demand forecasting, resource capacity management and portfolio planning aligned to the agreed engagement model.
This leader orchestrates between the Project Management Office and Senior Project Managers to track progress against planned commitments and collectively adjusts program plans to ensure effective completion of commitments.
Maintain organized oversight of specific digital product delivery schedules to ensure the proper balance of speed, features, timing, and integration with other functions, in tight coordination with Program Management.
Work closely with peer product marketers across all capabilities to prioritize initiatives, share insights on customer demands, identify opportunities for collaboration, and coordinate US-specific product development and delivery.
Analyze financial and transactional data to provide program reporting to senior management including program volumes, costs, key statistics, and partner revenues as well as evaluate business opportunities for launch and growth of cashless programs.
