  • Lead execution of go-to-market strategies and plans for new and existing products across pharmaceutical and biotechnology segments.

  • Ensure consistency of product, portfolio, and brand messaging across campaigns, customer touchpoints, and commercial materials.
  • Leverage market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, campaign planning, content strategy, and go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitive activity, and buying behaviors to recommend adjustments to messaging, campaigns, and commercialization strategies.
  • Support and lead cross-functional execution of product launches, including launch planning, messaging development, enablement materials, and launch performance tracking.
  • Support lifecycle marketing activities, including growth initiatives, portfolio support, and end-of-life communications.
  • Lead integrated demand generation campaign strategy and content development across digital, trade, and customer channels to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified demand.
  • Apply modern marketing practices, including AI-enabled tools, digital optimization, and performance analytics, to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to track campaign performance, analyze engagement data, and optimize results across channels and content formats.
  • Align marketing campaigns and content strategies to sales pipeline objectives, commercial priorities, and key stages of the customer journey.
  • Develop sales enablement tools and commercial support materials, including presentations, technical content, case studies, competitive insights, and objection-handling resources.
  • Support sales and customer-facing teams with targeted messaging and customer-relevant content that helps prospects research, compare, and validate solutions.
  • Partner with Product Management, R&D, Scientific Affairs, Scientific Communications, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Market & Competitive Intelligence, and commercial teams to align messaging with portfolio priorities and customer needs.
  • Build alignment and drive execution across a highly matrixed organization without direct authority.
  • Ensure technical accuracy, regulatory alignment, and brand consistency across all external-facing materials.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve effectiveness, customer engagement, and return on investment.
