In this role, you will: Delivery- Manage the full life cycle of complex projects, including planning, analysis, design, and change management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes and resolve issues.
- Set direction for project goals and provide solutions to complex business challenges.
- Ensure effective collaboration and accountability across internal teams and external partners.
Business Development- Build trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for new and expanded business.
- Lead the creation of proposals, business cases, and contracts.
- Contribute thought leadership through case studies, collateral, and client insights.
Practice Management- Lead and mentor teams, inspiring growth, accountability, and collaboration.
- Support capability development, market strategy, and operational improvements.
- Foster a culture of trust, innovation, and alignment with company mission.
- Ensure project deliverables meet our Delivery Excellence expectations
- Communicate project plans, status reports, communication plans and other documents and presentations
- Collaborate with Centric leadership and account managers, identifying ways to enhance client relationships and the internal Centric culture
Who You Are: - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex professional services projects and client relationships.
- Flexible in the type, duration, and nature of client delivery roles.
- Strong client and team management skills.
- Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Strategic thinker and relationship-builder, passionate about delivering value and inspiring trust.
