In this role, you will: - Lead complex projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions.
- Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Lead and contribute to RFP responses, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, and client presentations.
- Partner with account leaders to develop account strategies and expand Centric's footprint within client organizations.
- Manage project governance, financials, risk, and overall engagement health.
- Mentor consulting team members and foster a culture of collaboration and delivery excellence.
- Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and practice growth initiatives.
Who You Are: - 10+ years of consulting, professional services, program management, or client advisory experience.
- Proven success leading client engagements and managing executive-level relationships.
- Experience with account management, delivery leadership, and proposal/RFP development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications preferred.
