Job Summary:The Senior Manager, Compliance prioritizes activities across sub-functions and drives continuous improvement of compliance programs. This role solves highly complex compliance problems, determines new methods for emerging regulatory challenges, and develops business partnerships while leading teams and building organizational capabilities.
Job Description:Essential Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a compliance organization across multiple compliance domains or business areas, building high-performing teams
- Establish compliance program strategy for significant organizational scope, creating comprehensive frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes, methodologies, and control frameworks across the compliance function
- Develop strategic partnerships with business, legal, risk, audit, and technology leaders to embed compliance into operations
- Solve highly complex compliance challenges, establishing new approaches when existing frameworks are insufficient for emerging regulatory requirements
- Collaborate on decisions about compliance program design, resource allocation, and organizational priorities to manage regulatory risk effectively
- Influence organizational approach to compliance through thought leadership, regulatory insights, and risk-based recommendations
- Build organizational compliance capability through talent development, knowledge sharing, and establishment of compliance excellence standards
Minimum Qualifications:- 8+ years of relevant compliance experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience managing compliance teams and delivering complex program initiatives through others

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
