Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a high performing Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis, to join the Residential Cost Optimization Finance team. This role will report into the Senior Finance Manager, Planning & Analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing the coordination of all month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and planning requirements for the Residential, Customer Experience and Credit Operations Finance teams, and will be a key connection point between Corporate Planning and the operational Finance teams. This role will support the Senior Finance Manager and Sr. Director, Residential Cost Optimization Finance in articulating the finance and business story behind overall operational Results. What you'll be doing: • Produce month-end, forecast, budget reporting package from a consolidated point of view for Residential, Customer Experience and Credit Operations, working with Finance peers to formulate variance commentary and articulate finance/business story • Work closely with Corporate Planning and communicate month-end, forecast, budget requirements to Residential Cost Optimization Finance team, ensuring process is clearly identified • Support and present Month End, Forecast, and Budget reviews by consolidating and articulating business results/insights and key KPIs • Assist in the modelling of CEX Long Range Plan, help lead the process with business/finance primes to set meaningful and reasonable financial target/outcome for the CEX BU • Provide support to strategic initiatives/projects including decision support on business cases for CEX key areas of business: Customer Care, Billing & Payment, Credit Operations and CEX Digital • Ad hoc financial analysis, as required What you'll bring: • Individual should be a team player with proven organizational and communication skills • Experience in developing, preparing and presenting management reports • Strong problem-solving, operational and financial analysis skills with consistent attention to detail • The environment is dynamic and demanding.
