Sr Financial Analyst

Position Description

Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, this dynamic individual will be responsible for financial analysis, business case assessment as well as sales and margin reporting related to the Milwaukee business. This position will ensure timely and reliable reporting is available to support the rapid growth of the Milwaukee business. This role will require interaction with all areas and levels within the Milwaukee organization including (but not limited to) Sales, Marketing and Operations.

What You Will Do
  • Partner with Sales leadership to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance.
  • Perform business case and scenario analysis to ensure strategic alignment and profitability impacts are evaluated and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Assess profitability and ROI for proposed initiatives or promotional activity when needed, including post-mortem analysis to validate if assumptions aligned with outcomes.
  • Support the development of executive reporting, business reviews, and financial presentations for leadership discussions and decision-making.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Accounting to improve forecasting accuracy and business results.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial models, reporting tools, and planning processes, while supporting month-end close and ad hoc strategic initiatives.


What You Will Bring
  • Post-Secondary education in accounting or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • CPA certification (or near completion)
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power BI

  • Minimal travel required
