- Support new geography expansion, building business cases, launch economics, and scaling playbooks for markets entering DTC and social commerce.
- Instill global best practices across regions - standardizing forecasting, promotional planning, and margin management so wins in one market transfer to all.
eCommerce, TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Ownership: - Own the financial strategy and performance management for TikTok Shop and social commerce, including creator/affiliate economics, live commerce, and platform-specific pricing and promotional models.
- Build the analytical foundation for an emerging channel: unit economics, contribution margin by platform, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
- Evaluate and prioritize investment across DTC platforms, balancing near-term profitability with long-term channel and brand-building value.
Media, Affiliates & Commercial Strategy: - Partner with the media and affiliates organization to drive end-to-end ownership of commercial strategy - linking media investment, affiliate commissions, and promotional spend to sales, margin, and ROI.

- Provide actionable insight on product launches, campaign performance, and customer acquisition strategy.
Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis: - Own forecasting, budgeting, and actuals reporting for the global DTC business, with clear articulation of drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead sales and margin performance analysis, including POS and platform-level reporting, to surface trends and inform executive decision-making.
- Build and refine financial models that improve forecast accuracy and enable faster, better decisions in a fast-moving channel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: - Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align financial strategy with go-to-market execution, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, ensuring alignment on financial objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Drive process improvement across the FP&A function - increasing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the channel grows.
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
