Coordinates company's electronic office systems activities, which may include personal computers, client servers, electronic mail, on-line and internet resources, local area networks and wide area networks, and standard software products.
Translates Advanced Engineering and business needs into tactical, cost effective, and feasible plans and development strategies; defines key capabilities, performance and quality requirements, and system, technology, or business constraints.
Participates in leadership meetings with strategic accounts and sales to influence decision makers and educate on industry standards, market potential and opportunities to better utilize existing products, decrease costs or to sell new products.
Develop plans to integrate elements of our software products to a seamless, end to end cost-effective solution for our customers; communicate the architectural roadmap and progress to internal and external customers.
Integrates, executes, and coordinates R&D plans, operations, functions, and corporate programs, and contributes to the determination and achievement of R&D Product Development goals and strategies to meet short and long term strategic and operational objectives.
Builds strategic partnerships to further Quality organizational objectives around product quality improvements and collaborates with all levels in developing strategic direction for short and long term business planning.
Provides data, interprets results and writes reports as required for investigations of product issues and resolution of problems initiated through non-conformances, corrective action, customer complaints, and/or audit findings.
Manages and directs external service delivery partners to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations; ensure development of metrics and KPI's, monitor performance & publish dashboards.
Understands the global markets, disease states, procedural volumes, competitive landscape, and other factors that affect the utilization of current and potential future products; understands and utilizes segmentation, targeting, and positioning as part of business plan development.
