Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Client Partner experienced in selling advertising solutions to Fortune 500 CPG Clients to grow and scale Netflix US revenue. With your deep understanding of the digital video and programmatic landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell Netflix's full range of advertising solutions to help achieve their marketing goals. As a Senior Client Partner, you will focus on client direct sales needs and work in lockstep with your cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is creative and entrepreneurial, deeply passionate about long term account development, and proficient in high-level strategic thinking. This role requires travel and representation at industry events. Key responsibilities: • Generate interest & excitement of Netflix’s offerings with client CMOs, Marketing teams, Brand Managers, and Media Directors to influence ad spending decisions. • Specific focus on client's programmatic strategy and investments including audience planning, data strategy, analytics and measurement, and creative. • You will accelerate clients' education and usage of Netflix's scaled media solutions to advance their long term growth and business priorities • Apply deep industry knowledge to anticipate client needs, expand key relationships, and demonstrate the power of Netflix Ads • Partner with agency teams, and cross-functional partners to grow revenue across the business • Work with Partner Marketing, Business Development, Policy, Legal, Brand Partnerships and Live Experiences teams to ensure that client’s needs are being met • Build data-informed, comprehensive business plans that will generate top-line revenue growth & communicate go-to-market strategies with internal stakeholders • Stay current on industry trends and innovation to maintain competitive edge and inform client strategies • Work with sales leadership to establish/set strategic objectives and goals that maximize business impact. • Maintain close communication and alignment with clients and sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and maintain trust and collaboration. • Support brand partnership opportunities with efforts outside of ‘traditional’ media solutions (eg, Brand Partnership, Consumer Product Partnerships, Live Events, etc). Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with 5+ years partnering with large, global CPG clients and operating within a Joint Business Plan (JBP) construct, including complex multi-agency holding company relationships • Consultative seller and problem solver who leads with insights and client needs to align multiple stakeholders around shared goals and drives measurable outcomes • Demonstrated mastery in building and executing multi-year strategic partnerships with C-suite executives at global enterprise organizations • Deep programmatic expertise with proven success architecting annual agreements, joint business plans, and transformational growth strategies • Track record of shaping enterprise-level agendas and driving alignment across complex, multinational organizational structures • Exceptional strategic thinker who operates ahead of industry curves, translating trends into innovative advantages and commercial outcomes • Advanced technical fluency across data & technology ecosystems, audience strategy, programmatic platforms, measurement science, and privacy-forward solutions • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts with simplicity and authority to C-suite audiences • Outstanding executive presence with the ability to command credibility in the highest-stakes conversations • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to elevate storytelling standards • Strong, confident presentation skills that inspire confidence and drive action • This role requires travel and representation at industry events. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $320,000.00 - $440,000.00. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
