Bachelor's degree in operations, Supply Chain, or Business preferred
5-7 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong communication skills for engagement with all organizational levels
Ability to manage focused tasks while multitasking effectively
Knowledgeable about manufacturing processes, costs, and components
Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP systems
Capable of working independently and in teams
Responsibilities
Maintain a safe work environment following safety procedures
Initiate supplier purchase order contracts from requisitions
Submit RFQs to suppliers and implement strategic pricing
Convey critical conformance requirements to suppliers via purchase orders
Administer purchase order changes related to MRP and ECOs
Negotiate with suppliers to address delivery issues and implement corrective actions
Plan and coordinate component delivery timing and quantity with suppliers
