Bachelor's degree in operations, Supply Chain, or Business desired
5-7 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing setting
Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
Ability to manage focused tasks while multitasking effectively
In-depth understanding of global manufacturing processes and costs
Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems
Capable of working independently and in teams
Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures
Initiate supplier purchase order contracts from approved requisitions
Submit RFQs to suppliers and implement strategic pricing opportunities
Convey critical conformance requirements to suppliers with each purchase order
Negotiate supplier order promise dates and address late deliveries
Plan and coordinate component delivery with suppliers to meet inventory goals
Analyze supplier performance and maintain scorecards for quality assurance
