Full Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own Brand Relationships and Program Execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of DTC brands, building strong relationships and guiding them through onboarding, campaign execution, and ongoing growth. Manage day-to-day workflows across the ad delivery process, ensuring content is delivered, performance goals are met, and brands are set up for success on GrapevineAI.

Develop Creative Strategy and Growth Roadmaps
Partner with brands and internal creative strategists to define performance-driven creative strategies. Build clear growth roadmaps that combine written and visual content to achieve business goals, ensuring creative direction is aligned with brand needs and audience expectations.

Drive Content Execution and Quality
Support the development of high-impact content by partnering with Creative Strategists and leveraging market insights and performance data. Oversee content production from a project management standpoint, ensuring deliverables move efficiently from concept through final delivery. Provide thoughtful feedback on UGC, video, static ads, and written content while ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and quality expectations.

Own Performance and Optimization
Analyze campaign performance to understand what's working and where to improve. Use data and insights to guide creative iterations, optimize advertorial content, and improve conversion rates while helping brands achieve revenue and growth goals.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Deliver Results
Work closely with Content Strategists and cross-functional teams to align on creative direction, performance insights, and campaign execution. Maintain consistent communication with brands through meetings and Slack to ensure alignment and momentum.

Bring New Ideas and Drive Innovation
Continuously explore new ideas, strategies, and opportunities to improve performance and expand program impact. Contribute to evolving how Grapevine approaches social advertising by testing new concepts and sharing insights that move the business forward.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 0-2 years of experience across startups, performance marketing, analytics, consulting, or other growth-oriented industries. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. We value curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD annual

Compensation for each opportunity is determined based on the applicable labor market, the scope and structure of the role or engagement, and the individual's qualifications and experience.
